Who We Are

ODA Advisory (ODAA) is a corporate advisory firm with an underlying philanthropic purpose.

We offer for profit and not-for-profit busineses access to an experienced team of advisors with extensive backgrounds in providing strategic and general business advice that can meet all corporate advisory needs for small to medium sized businesses. 

ODAA has an independent Board and Management and is a subsidiary of PBL Law Group.

Established in 2018 as One Direct Advisory Pty. Ltd., ODAA expanded its senior pro bono advisor team and geographic area to Sydney, NSW and Victoria in 2022.  In the process it adopted a new name in ODA Advisory. 

The ODAA Advisors provide their time and experience pro bono to ODAA, and from fees generated for Corporate Advisory activites, ODAA is able to provide donations to a small number of charities in need.

In October 2022, ODAA joined by an MOU with Paul Sadler Consultancy to further enhance knowledge in the aged care sector.

In July 2023, ODAA joined with Impact HR Consulting under an MOU to provide an extended advisory service to clients needing assistance with people management. 

ODAA is a subsidiary of PBL Law Group.

In September, 2021, ODA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PACE Care. This collaboration fits well with the ODA strategy to provide wider services to the Aged Care and Community sectors.

The multidisciplinary skills of ODA combined with PACE Care’s specialisation in accounting, payroll, and administration, represents a well balanced team to address all business needs of clients in the target sectors in New South Wales.
